The incident of Campylobacteriosis rate remains high in both the developed and developing world. Recent research showed that handling, preparation, consumption poultry meat is consequential root campylobacteriosis occurrence. consumers play a crucial role last line defence against Campylobacteriosis. Habitually, handle food as they please domestic setting depending on probable risk perceived. Therefore, consumers’ handling practices are plausible factors indicate exposure to this foodborne illness. Symptoms commonly mild denoted by diarrhoea, fever, nausea, abdominal pain, malaise, vomiting.
